Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Meet and greet people in a professional manner. Assist all guests with their needs or questions in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare check-in packets for all reservations. Assist reservationist in making all reservations.
  • Make sure that all monies are posted correctly. Train employees on effective implementation of new policies and procedures as new employees join the company.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out communication process through effective organization.
  • Perform special projects as requested and/or needed.


  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks and meet appropriate deadlines.
  • Must have front desk experience with good communication skills.
  • Must be able to proficiently operate computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Must have strong analytical ability and proven leadership of personnel through completion.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of front desk operations/reservations and guest service skills and knowledge of housekeeping.
  • Must have 2 years experience in a hotel or resort environment.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
