JOB SUMMARY Continuously exemplifies the Greenwood Communities and Resorts (GCR) mission, values and customer service philosophy in job performance and in relationships to others. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of rental owner services.

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Achievement of property contract goals
  • Rental Property Owner Liaison
  • Responsible for forecasting & reporting
  • Direct resort programs and implement policies to ensure compliance with State law and company policy
  • Oversee contracted services
  • Negotiate service agreements
  • Negotiate management agreements
  • Compliance with safety programs and laws
  • Strategic planning and development of guest/owner-focused resort facilities and programs
  • Preparation and execution of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks and reports
  • Oversee room/property inspections and lead corrective actions to maintain and improve quality control
  • Participate in the development of total property improvement and business plans for marketing and sales
  • Owner relations and lead generation 
  • GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS 
  • 1-5 years short-term resort rental industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong relationship skills (client/owner)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (including electronic communications and distribution)
  • SC PMIC eligible
  • Knowledge of multiple property management systems preferred
  •  
  • EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor's degree in management or relevant field
  • South Carolina PMIC preferred
  •
